Each piece is thoughtfully packed and prepared for its journey. Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days. Once your order is on its way, tracking details will be sent by email.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier.

We hope you love your Ora piece. If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility / will be deducted from the refund.
